Specializing in flexible plastic packaging and film solutions, GDM Plasticos is a company with extensive experience in the sector, featuring modern coextruders of up to 7 layers that produce high-performance plastic films. Its portfolio includes stretch plastic films, stretch hood films, flexible films produced by cast and blown processes based on polyethylene formulations (films for lamination and MOPE) and polypropylenes (CPP and MOPP) for food and industrial applications.

As part of the FCO Group of Brazil, Allianza Brasil is dedicated to producing sustainable solutions for the packaging market. These solutions and technologies allow the replacement of multilayer and multimaterial packaging with monomaterial structures in many applications, making them recyclable and sustainable. The applications cover segments such as food, cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning, among others.
Our production plants are equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art European and American technologies. We produce and develop coextruded plastic films with up to 9 layers, using both flexographic and rotary printing processes with up to 9 colors, solvent-based and solventless lamination, and various finishing equipment (cutting and sealing, pouches, others).
The FCO Group has six local laboratories and one corporate laboratory equipped with sophisticated analysis, testing, and measurement equipment, including OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate) and WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate).
We receive support from AIMPLAS – Technological Center in Valencia, Spain, for more specific tests and assays, such as migration tests, among others, to comply with the regulations and standards of the countries to which we export.
Our corporate R&D+I technical team is structured to support local teams in meeting the requirements demanded by our customers in Brazil and international markets.
